These airbags are widely utilized in moving extra heavy objects such as large-scale reinforced concrete structures, offshore drilling equipments, a whole building structure, etc. Besides that, these airbags are widely used in upgrading and launching of ships and boats of all sizes. Our engineers have implemented several developments in their practice and have successfully launched caissons directly into the water only by means of airbags. Furthermore, they have accomplished unprecedented tasks by relocating the world’s largest cylindrical caisson and caissons weighing up to 5,000 metric ton.
Floating Airbags, Filling Airbags
Floating airbags are very small in size while deflated. Thus, they can be easily transported and deployed when space is an issue or in underwater conditions. We can provide the exact floating ton capability based on clients requirements. The floating airbags have flexible applications and can be broadly implemented in shipwreck salvaging, floating bridge and dock constructions. It can also be used as a temporary marine transportation device.
Pneumatic Core Moulding
The traditional large scale reinforced concrete structures normally use wood or steal core moulding. We have designed and developed pneumatic core moulding with advantages of great malleability, durability and environmental friendly. We can also customise according to client’s specifications and manufacture the pneumatic core moulding with diameter ranges from 0.12 to 5.0 without length limit. They can be widely used in large reinforced concrete construction projects such as railway, bridges, highway and dam.
Airbags Containers
Airbags containers can be used to store and transport gas or liquid materials. They are safe, convenient, flexible and cost saving.
