Our Projects

The company has successfully manufactured 2 pieces of pneumatic fender with the size of D 3m an L 6m for Xiamen Shipbuilding.

In December 2007, the company sold 4 pieces of rubber fender to Argentina. The size of the fenders measuring at D3.3m, L6.5m and D1.7m, L2.5m respectively. The clients from Argentina are highly satisfied with our fender products. Hence, this have made the company to set foot in South America market.

On 27th October 2007, the company successfully launched a vessel for ZhongShan Honghong Shipyard by using 2.0 diameters airbags.

The company used self-manufactured airbags to launched the tugboat for a Malaysia company.

On 15th June 2007, the company launched the largest flat bottom barge in Malaysia. The barge measuring at length 96meters, width 25meters and depth 6.6meters.

Between 6th October and 11th October 2007, a 4000tons pontoon pulled onto barge with the length of 51.1 m, width of 32m, and depth 17.15m in Dalian, China.

3rd August 2007, a 300 man oil accommodation barge was launched in Dalian, China. The barge was measuring at width of 30m and deadweight of 5300 tons.

In July and August of 2005, Guangzhou Rescue & Salvage Bureau, a subsidiary of The Transportation Department used our company airbags technology to move this ultra heavy water intake pumping station caisson for a distance of 136 meters and then relocated the caisson onto a 16,000 tons semi-submersible barge – “Zhongren 1601”. The weight of this caisson was approximately 5000 tons with the height of 10.6m which it is equivalent to a 4-storey building with total area of 19.2m x 30.1m. The area size is larger than a basketball court. The successful completion of this project had earned the company the honour of “First in the World”.

In 4 April, 2007, the company has successfully utilized super pressured airbags to launch neritic petroleum work ship with the height of 48 meter for a Singapore Public Listed shipyard. This service and airbags technology obtains remarkable comments from the international petroleum engineering industry.

In October 2006, the company utilised only airbags technology and successfully launched the barge with the weight of 2400 tons into sea for (Honglang) Shipyard in Dalian, China.

In May 2004, Division IV of China Harbour Engineering Group using our airbags technology successfully moved 11 pieces of the world’s largest cylinder caissons with diameter of 22m, height of 22m and weighted more than 2900 metric tons. This project using airbags technology for relocation of caissons has broke world record in the history of harbour and quay construction.

In October 2003, the company was contracted by Division IV of China Harbor Engineering Group to relocate 42 pieces of caissons at Nansha Harbor. Each caisson‘s height is equivalent to a 6-storey building that occupies an area of 267.6 m² (17.87m Length, 14m width, 18.9m height and weight 2212 metric tons.  It was the largest and heaviest caissons to be moved at that time. Through applying airbags technology to relocate caissons, we have significantly shortened the overall operating time but at the same time saved approximately 4/5 of the estimated project budget. Hence, this project became the first successful story to move ultra large concrete structures using airbags technology in China.

In June 2004, Zhangzhou – Division IV of China Harbour Engineering Group utilised our airbags to relocate over 70 pieces of caissons with the weight of 2200 tons.

In June 2004, Division III of China Harbour Engineering Group utilised our airbags to relocate over 50 pieces of caissons with the weight of 2200 tons.

In September 2004, with partnership with Guangdong Hangchen Engineering Corp, we were awarded the contract to move box culverts for Guandong Huizhou LNG Natural Gas Power Plant. This project required us to relocate and launch 260 pieces box culverts of various sizes in less than 8 months. For this purpose, we invented box culverts airbags lifting which enable us to airbags to launch, float and transport the box culverts. This new technique has never been used before in domestic market. It is cost effective, time-saving and most importantly significant cost saving. As a result, it won remarkable comments from all parties.
